The Madrid Session

Little ago, we told you about how the editing process was getting close to its end and that we were starting to work on the sound post-production of our «bolerito».

and that’s why recently, two of our actors went to Antena 3 studios, in Madrid, to make the dubbing of couple of scenes and record some extra voices we need.

Diego Guerrero – Cabeto – and Alejandro Marzal – Abilio -, entered a recording room where they worked together with Víctor Carretón, sound engineer recomended by Patricia Venti, a Venezuelan filmmaker settled in Madrid.

It was an interesting and sui generis session, since due to budget issues, neither our director could travel to Madrid and neither the actors could go to Prague. So the session was «distance directed».

At Beeo Studios, in Prague, director Valerio Mendoza and sound director Jan Sleska were giving instructions through skype to the guys in Madrid.

And we still have a similar session ahead, because Javier Mateos – Régulo – lives by these days in Bogotá. So soon another «distance directing» will happen and this project will become even more collective and global.

For the moment, please enjoy some of the pictures from «The Madrid Session» ==>  here <==
